Richard Mishaan, a native of Colombia first arrived in New York to study at NYU, which was followed by his joining the architectural program at Columbia University. After his formal education, Mishaan worked as an apprentice for renowned architect Philip Johnson. And at this point in his career took an interesting turn toward fashion! The passion for design soon called him back and Richard Mishaan Design was born.

The success has grown and expanded beyond the private clients for which they create beautiful homes.
